The Jazz Cocktail is a drink which consists of Bacardi White Rum, Fresh Orange Juice, Fresh Lemon Juice, Grenadine Syrup, and Egg White.

Lima Daily News, Ohio (1917)

  • One Jigger Bacardi,
  • The Juice of a Quarter of an Orange,
  • The Juice of a Quarter of a Lemon,
  • A dash of Grenadine Syrup,
  • White of an Egg

Shake with Ice, and then strain into a Cocktail Glass. Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
