The Jazz Cocktail is a drink which consists of Bacardi White Rum, Fresh Orange Juice, Fresh Lemon Juice, Grenadine Syrup, and Egg White.

- One Jigger Bacardi,
- The Juice of a Quarter of an Orange,
- The Juice of a Quarter of a Lemon,
- A dash of Grenadine Syrup,
- White of an Egg
Shake with Ice, and then strain into a Cocktail Glass. Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
