Pink Gin

Recipe
- 4-5 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 oz Gin
- Twist of lemon peel
Add bitters into a chilled cocktail glass. Tip the glass, rolling from side to side, until the bitters coat the inside of the glass. Gently pour gin into the glass, add a piece of ice, and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
