El Macuá is the National Drink of Nicaragua. The drink is named after a bird indigenous to Nicaragua.

Recipe

Translated from parts to shots.

  • 2 shots White Rum (preferably Nicaraguan rum)
  • 2 shots Guava Juice
  • 1 shot Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Sugar (to taste, presumably)

Shake with Ice, and then strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.
