From the El Dorado Cocktail Lounge, San Diego, Calif.
- 2 oz Don Julio Blanco Tequila
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Ginger Beer
Combine the first four ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Shake and strain into an ice-filled mason jar. Top with ginger beer and serve.
