Blow Job

The Blow Job is a popular shooter. There is more than one recipe, but they have one feature in common: they are topped with whipped cream. The gimmick is for the drinker to pick up the glass with the mouth (no hands allowed) and drink it in one gulp.

Here are two common versions:

Recipe 1

In a shot glass or liqueur glass, layer:

• Kahlua
• Baileys Irish Cream
• Top with whipped cream

Recipe 2

In a shot glass or liqueur glass, layer:

• Amaretto
• Baileys Irish Cream
• Top with whipped cream

The Baileys is heavier than the Amaretto, and it makes for an interesting visual effect when it sinks into the Amaretto.
