The Thug Passion was celebrated by Tupac Shakur, with the following lyrics in his song Thug Passion: "Aight, new drink/ one part alazhay one part chrystal/ Thugs Passion baby". The ingredients--Alize passion fruit liqueur and Cristal champagne--are popular in the hip hop culture.

Cristal is a very pricy brand; a good brut champagne can be substituted.

• 1 part Alize Gold Passion
• 1 part champagne

Serve in a chilled champagne flute.
