Xeres Cocktail

The Xeres Cocktail is usually made with sherry and orange bitters.
Trader Vic's recipe adds peach bitters, one of a handful of recipes to incorporate this unusual ingredient.
Recipe
- 2 oz. sherry
- 1 dash orange bitters
- 1 dash peach bitters (optional)
Shake and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
