Bahia

The Bahia is a Cocktail which consists of Rum, Pineapple Juice, and Coconut Cream.
Recipe
"Trader Vic's Bartender's Guide" (1972)
- 1 oz Trader Vic light Puerto Rican rum
- 1 oz white Jamaica rum
- 2.5 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 oz Lopez coconut cream
Mix with ice cubes in a commercial electric drink mixer (or by hand with a shaker can and mixing glass), Pour into 10-ounce pilsner glass. Fill with cracked ice. Decorate with fresh mint and fruit stick.
