Belladonna

The Belladonna is a Cocktail consisting of Vodka, Fresh Lemon Juice, Peach Liqueur, Peach Puree, Sugar, Champagne.
The Belladonna was created by George Sinclair in 2005, as an alternative to the Russian Spring Punch.
Original Recipe
- 25ml Vodka
- 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 10ml Peach Liqueur
- 10ml Peach Puree
- 5ml Sugar Syrup
Shake with ice, and then strain into ice-filled Tall Glass. Top with Sparkling Wine. Garnish with a Lemon slice.
