Who created the Big Spender?
The Big Spender was created by Dale DeGroff
Original Recipe
- 20 ml Gran Centenario Anejo Tequila
- 20 ml Liqueur Creole Gingembre (Ginger Liqueur)
- 20ml Blood Orange juice
Rosé Champagne or Rosé sparkling wine
Assemble the first three ingredients in a bar glass with ice and stir to chill. Strain into a chilled champagne flute and garnish with spiral of orange peel and a flamed orange zest.
