Kir

A cocktail made with white wine and a liqueur, typically blackcurrant liqueur (Crème de Cassis). A Kir Royale substitutes champagne for the wine.

Recipe

  • 9 cl Dry White Wine
  • 1 cl Crème de Cassis

Pour Crème de Cassis into flute glass, top up with white wine.
