- 1 1/2 oz Light rum
- 1/2 oz Blue curacao
- 2 oz Orange juice
- 2 oz Cream of coconut
- 1/2 tbspn Cane sugar
Shake well, strain into 12 to 14 oz. glass with ice and fill with soda water. Garnish with cherry and pineapple chunk on a skewer.
