Sneaky Tiki

A cocktail containing Lemon Juice, Pineapple Juice, Orange Liqueur, Grenadine and Rum.
Recipe
From "Beachbum Berry's Taboo Table" by Jeff Berry (2005)
- 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 oz Unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1/3 oz orange curacao
- 1/4 oz Grenadine
- 1 oz Light Puerto Rican rum
- 1 oz Dark Jamaican rum
Blend with 8 ounces crushed ice. Serve in a tiki mug or chimney glass.
History
The Sneaky Tiki was reportedly created for the Top of the Wheel bar at Harvey's Casino Resort in Lake Tahoe, Nev., according to Berry. The bar closed long ago, but the recipe was apparently stolen by Dick Graves of Trader Dick's restaurant at the Nugget Casino in Reno, Nev.
