Three Dots and a Dash
Created by Don the Beachcomber to celebrate the end of World War II.
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz orange juice
- 1/2 oz honey mix (*)
- 1 1/2 oz amber Martinique rum
- 1/2 oz Demerara rum
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1/2 oz falernum
- 1/4 oz pimento liqueur (aka allspice dram)
Put everything into a blender with six ounces of crushed ice. Blend at high speed for 5 seconds. Pour into glass and garnish with three cherries and pineapple stick (three dots and a dash).
- Honey Mix: 2 parts honey, 1 part water. Heat, mix and let cool.
