The "Kick in the Pants" is a Cocktail which consists of White Rum, Brandy, Cointreau, and either Lemon or Lime Juice.

[edit] Syracuse Herald (1934)
- one-sixth lime or lemon juice,
- one sixth Cointreau,
- one-third brandy,
- one-third Bacardi rum.
Shake with Ice, and then strain into Cocktail Glass.
