From "Trader Vic's Bartender's Guide" (1972)

  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz concentrated grapefruit juice (undiluted)
  • 1 oz tequila
  • 1 oz Jamaica rum
  • 1 oz Lopez coconut cream

Shake well with ice cubes and strain into a tall chimney glass over ice cubes.
