A purple coloured liqueur made with lemon or citron with or without vanilla, almond and rose. The name is french for "perfect love". It is often used for its colour. Most brands, as tradition dictates are not made with violets (a different liquer, also purple coloured called Creme de Violette is. The most famous brand, Creme Yvette is now discontinued). Parfait Amour is made by bols and Cartron withoug violets.
