Recipe
- 2 oz Jamaican dark rum
- 1/2 oz Sugar syrup
- 1/2 oz Lime juice
- 1 to 2 drops Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Mele-Koi Coconut snow
- 1/2 oz Half and half
- 3/4 oz Egg white
Shake vigorously with ice for a minute or two and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime twist on the rim of the glass.
