Recipe

From "Sippin' Safari" by Jeff "Beachcomber" Berry

  • 1 oz. Orange Juice
  • 1 oz. Club Soda
  • 1 oz. Gold Jamaican Rum
  • 1 oz. Light New Orlean Rum or Virgin Islands Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Don's Honey Mix (*)
  • 1/2 oz. Demerara Rum
  • 1/4 oz. Falernum
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1/2 tsp. Ginger Syrup
  • 4 oz. Crushed Ice

Blend at high speed for five seconds.

  • Don's Honey Mix: One part honey to one part water, heat until honey dissolves, let cool and bottle.
