The Boulevard is a cocktail which consists of Whiskey, Vermouth, Grand Marnier, and Orange Bitters.

  • 12ml Grand Marnier
  • 12ml dry vermouth
  • Flamed orange peel for garnish

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the flamed orange peel.
