- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz concentrated grapefruit juice (undiluted)
- 1 oz tequila
- 1 oz Jamaica rum
- 1 oz Lopez coconut cream
Shake well with ice cubes and strain into a tall chimney glass over ice cubes.

"If you dont' have the coconut cream, leave it out. It's still a pretty good drink," Victor Bergeron (aka Trader Vic)
