Reddish-purple liqueur made with violets, berries, spices and other ingredients. Discontinued in 1969, but revived in 2009 by Rob Cooper of the French company Charles Jacquin et Cie.
Similar but not quite he same as Creme de Violette, which has a more intense violet flavor.
