Parfait Amour

A purple coloured liqueur made with lemon or citron with or without vanilla, almond and rose. The name is french for "perfect love". It is often used for its colour. A common misconception is that it is made with violets as Creme de Violette (formerly Creme Yvette) is. It isn't and the two are not interchangeable.
