Recipe

  • 50ml Cointreau
  • 20ml Morgan Spiced Rum
  • 20ml Pomegranate juice (or 1/4 fresh pomegranate muddled)
  • 15ml Lychee juice.
  • Dash of Orange Bitters
  • Dash of Raspberry Puree (for thicker consistency)

Shake with Ice, and then strain into a Cocktail; Garnish with pomegranate seeds, which will sit at the bottom of the glass.
