Who created the Angels Passion?
The Angels Passion was created by Dale DeGroff
Original Recipe
- 40ml Gran Centenario Plata Tequila
- 20ml Sweetened Passionfruit Puree
- 20ml Fresh Orange Juice
- 5ml Cranberry or any gourmet berry juice
Shake all ingredients well with ice and serve in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.
Recipe For Sweetened Passion Fruit Puree: Mix one part of passion fruit puree with 3/4 part simple syrup.
