The Papa Dobles is a Cocktail consisting of Rum, Fresh Lime Juice, Grapefruit Juice, and Maraschino Liqueur.
The Papa Dobles is named for Ernest Hemngway.
Original Recipe
- Two and a half jiggers of white Bacardi
- juice of two fresh limes,
- juice of half a grapefruit
- 6 drops Maraschino Liqueur
Blend with crushed ice, and then pour into glass.
Translation of Original Recipe
- 75ml White Rum,
- 50ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 25ml Grapefruit Juice
- 7.5ml Maraschino Liqueur
Blend with crushed ice, and then pour into glass.
