The Tequila Daisy is a drink which consists of Tequila, Fresh Lime Juice, Sugar, and Cointreau.

The popular drink called a Margarita is made with Tequila, Fresh Lime, and Cointreau (Triple Sec). In Spanish, Margarita translates as Daisy.

"Tequila Daisy" ("JT Margarita 1862")

Shake with Cracked Ice, and then double-strain into a Chilled Cocktail Glass. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.


"Tequila Daisy, Number 2"

  • 2 oz Tequila (Blanco, 100% Agave),
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice,
  • 3 dashes Sugar syrup.
  • 2 dashes Orgeat syrup.

Shake with Cracked Ice, and then double-strain into a Chilled Cocktail Glass. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.


"Tequila Daisy, Number 3"

  • 2 oz Tequila (Blanco, 100% Agave),
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice,
  • 3 or 4 dashes of Orgeat Syrup,
  • 3 dashes of Maraschino Liqueur.

Shake with Cracked Ice, and then double-strain into a Chilled Cocktail Glass. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.


"Tequila Daisy, Number 4"

  • 2 oz Tequila (Blanco, 100% Agave),
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice,
  • 5 or 6 dashes of Agave Syrup.

Shake with Cracked Ice, and then double-strain into a Chilled Cocktail Glass. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.


"Tequila Daisy, Number 5"

  • 2 oz Tequila (Blanco, 100% Agave),
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice,
  • 3 dashes Sugar Syrup.
  • 2 dashes Grenadine Syrup (or Raspberry Syrup)

Shake with Cracked Ice, and then double-strain into a Chilled Cocktail Glass. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
