The Chilcano is a peruvian collins, made with pisco brandy, lemon wedges, ginger ale and Angostura bitters.

Recipe

  • 1 1/2 oz Pisco Brandy
  • 3-4 lemon wedges
  • Ginger ale
  • Dash of Angostura Bitters
