The Papa Dobles is a Cocktail consisting of Rum, Fresh Lime Juice, Grapefruit Juice, and Maraschino Liqueur.

The Papa Dobles is named for Ernest Hemngway.


Recipe

  • Two and a half jiggers of white Bacardi
  • juice of two fresh limes,
  • juice of half a grapefruit
  • 6 drops Maraschino Liqueur

Blend with crushed ice, and then pour into glass.
