Tequila Daisy
The Tequila Daisy is a drink which consists of Tequila, Fresh Lime Juice, Sugar, and Cointreau.
The popular drink called a Margarita is made with Tequila, Fresh Lime, and Cointreau (Triple Sec). In Spanish, Margarita translates as Daisy.

Recipes
"Tequila Daisy" ("JT Margarita 1862")

- 2 oz Tequila (Blanco, 100% Agave),
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice,
- 1/2 tsp Sugar Syrup,
- 1/2 tsp Cointreau.
Shake with Cracked Ice, and then double-strain into a Chilled Cocktail Glass. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
"Tequila Daisy, Number 2"
- 2 oz Tequila (Blanco, 100% Agave),
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice,
- 3 dashes Sugar syrup.
- 2 dashes Orgeat syrup.
Shake with Cracked Ice, and then double-strain into a Chilled Cocktail Glass. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
"Tequila Daisy, Number 3"
- 2 oz Tequila (Blanco, 100% Agave),
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice,
- 3 or 4 dashes of Orgeat Syrup,
- 3 dashes of Maraschino Liqueur.
Shake with Cracked Ice, and then double-strain into a Chilled Cocktail Glass. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
"Tequila Daisy, Number 4"
- 2 oz Tequila (Blanco, 100% Agave),
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice,
- 5 or 6 dashes of Agave Syrup.
Shake with Cracked Ice, and then double-strain into a Chilled Cocktail Glass. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
"Tequila Daisy, Number 5"
- 2 oz Tequila (Blanco, 100% Agave),
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice,
- 3 dashes Sugar Syrup.
- 2 dashes Grenadine Syrup (or Raspberry Syrup)
Shake with Cracked Ice, and then double-strain into a Chilled Cocktail Glass. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
