Brandy Julep

Recipe
- 1 tsp Bar sugar
- 1/2 oz Water
- 12 sprigs fresh mint
- 4 oz Cognac or brandy
1/2 oz Jamaican rum
In a 12 oz glass, dissolve sugar in water. Add 6 mint springs. Fill glass 1/2 full with shaved ice. Muddle gently. Add brandy and stir. Decorate with pineapple or other fresh fruit. Float rum on top. Garnish with remaining mint. Chill until frosted.
