Santiago Julep

Recipe
- 6 sprigs Fresh mint
- 2 tsp Grenadine
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 oz Pineapple juice
- 4 oz Light Puerto Rican rum
In a 12 oz glass, bruise mint with a little shaved ice. Pack glass with shaved ice. Add juices and rum. Stir and then chill glass until it frosts. Decorate with additional mint sprigs and pineapple slice.
