The Cajun Martini is a spicy Martini variation. It replaces the gin with pepper-infused vodka, such as Absolut Peppar or Stolichnaya Pertsovka. Its garnish is something spicy, such as a jalapeno or red hot chili pepper.
[edit] Recipe
- 2 1/2 oz. pepper-infused vodka
- 1/2 oz. dry vermouth
Stir with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with hot chili pepper or marinated tomato.
