The Aviation is a Cocktail consisting of Gin, Fresh Lemon Juice, and Maraschino Liqueur.

- 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Maraschino Liqueur
- 1 tsp Violet Liqueur (Creme de Violette)
Shake with ice.

- 3/4 oz. lemon juice
- 2 dashes maraschino liqueur
Stir with cracked ice; strain into chilled cocktail glass. Variation: Add 2 dashes creme de violette.
