Blend all of the above except sherry in a electric blender with 1 scoop of shaved ice. Pour into a fog cutter mug. Add ice cubes, float the [[Sherry|sherry]]. Garnish with fresh mint and a stirrer.

The Fog Cutter is a Cocktail which consists of Rum, Brandy, Gin, Almond Syrup, Fresh Lemon Juice, Orange Juice, and Sherry.

  • 2 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 ounce Orange Juice
  • 1/2 ounce Orgeat Syrup (Almond Syrup)
  • 2 ounce White Rum
  • 1 ounce Brandy
  • 1/2 ounce Gin
  • 1/2 ounce Sweet Sherry

Shake everything -- except sherry -- with ice cubes. Pour into tall tiki mug. Add more ice cubes to fill. Float sherry on top of drink. Serve with straws and swizzle stick.
