A Honi Honi is a drink from Trader Vic's that is essentially a Mai Tai made with whiskey rather than rum.
Recipes
- 1 1/2 oz Bourbon whiskey
- 1/2 oz Orgeat syrup
- 1/2 oz Orange curacao
- 1/4 oz Rock candy syrup
- juice from one fresh lime
Fill mai tai glass 3/4 full of shaved ice. Add ingredients and hand shake. Pour into a tiki mug. Decorate with mint sprigs and a fruit stick.
