The Golden Wave is a mixed drink which consists of Rum, Triple Sec, Falernum, Pineapple Juice, Fresh Lemon Juice.
Recipe
- 1 oz white puerto rican rum
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 1/2 oz Falernum
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
blend with 6 oz crushed ice.
NB: There is no reason why you couldn't shake the above ingredients with ice cubes then strain into an ice-filled tall glass; this is ideal if you wish to avoid slushy drinks.
