A cocktail made with white wine and blackberry liqueur. A Kir Royale substitutes the wine for champagne.

Recipe

  • 9 cl Dry White Wine
  • 1 cl Crème de Cassis

Pour Crème de Cassis into flute glass, top up with white wine.
