Recipe

From "Trader Vic's Bartender's Guide" (1972)

2 oz pineapple juice 1/2 oz concentrated grapefruit juice (undiluted) 1 oz tequila 1 oz Jamaica rum 1 oz coconut cream

Shake well with ice cubes and strain into a tall chimney glass over ice cubes.
