Recipe #1
- 1 1/2 oz Tequila
- 1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup
- 1/2 oz Orange Curacao
- 1/4 oz Rock Candy Syrup
juice from one fresh lime Shake with Ice, and then strain into Rocks Glass, which is filled with Crushed Ice. Garnish with the half lime, and a Mint Sprig.
Pour into cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Pour into cocktail glass and garnish with mint sprig and orange slice.
Recipe #2 - From "Trader Vic's Bartender's Guide" (1972)
- 1 1/2 oz Trader Vic's Mai Tai mix
- 1 1/2 oz Tequila
Pour into mixing glass 3/4 filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Pour into mai tai glass. Decorate with mint sprig. Serve with staws.
