The Aviation is a Cocktail consisting of Gin, Fresh Lemon Juice, and Maraschino Liqueur.

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Maraschino Liqueur
• 1 tsp Violet Liqueur (Creme de Violette)

Shake with ice.

• 1/3 Lemon Juice,
• 2/3 Dry Gin,
• 2 dashes Maraschino.

Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
