The Recipe
"Beachbum Berry's Grog Log", by Jeff Berry, 1998
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 oz Sugar Syrup
- 1/4 oz Pimento Liqueur
- 1 oz Demerara Rum
- 1 oz Dark Jamaican Rum
Serve in double old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with lime wedge and mint sprig.
