  • 2 oz Jamaican dark rum
  • 1/2 oz Sugar syrup
  • 1/2 oz Lime juice
  • 1 to 2 drops Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Mele-Koi Coconut snow
  • 1/2 oz Half and half
  • 3/4 oz Egg white

Shake vigorously with ice for a minute or two and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime twist on the rim of the glass.
